Lisa Thomas is licensed to practice midwifery in the state of Texas, and registered with the North American Registry of Midwives as a CPM (Certified Professional Midwife). She provides personalized, gentle maternity care to low risk women.
Raised in Southwest Missouri, Lisa moved to Texas in 2004 to study and practice Midwifery. She is currently on staff at Family Birth Services, one of the longest running Birth Centers in the state of Texas. Over the years, she has trained with multiple midwives as well as assisting to train several new midwives. Lisa's love of learning is apparent to new as well as experienced midwives.
When not involved in midwifery, Lisa enjoys the outdoors, cooking, playing games, spending time with her family, and especially spoiling her nephews and niece!
